Dear citizens!
As you know, we are on the eve of the glorious 21st of Azer of the 1324th solar year. The Azerbaijani nation, which burned in the unjust fire of the Pahlavi regime in Iran for many years, stood up in the face of oppression and on this historic day, the elderly leader of the Azerbaijani democratic party, people’s figure Mir Jafar Pisheveri and his colleagues, under the leadership of the democratic party, achieved their goals and established the national government of South Azerbaijan.
Our people dominated their cultural, social, economic and political lives for a year. During this period, despite the heavy pressure of the central government of Iran, they were advancing day by day in the direction of development in all areas, and this victory delighted their friends and worried their enemies, especially the reactionary forces. May this national and historical day be blessed for all our citizens. Unfortunately, after receiving the support of foreign tyrannical states in advance, the reactionaries of the central government in the month of Azer of the solar year 1325, under the pretext of free elections, sent troops into Azerbaijan and drowned the Azerbaijani national government in blood. The torch of freedom, burning with great dreams, went out again. Our oppressed people were killed in black terrors, under narrow trees, in dark dungeons, and with torture. According to various sources, the number of martyrs in these inhuman and terrible marches was recorded at around 40 thousand people. We believe that history will not forget the tears, sighs and cries of a generation. The Azerbaijani national front with deep feelings asks for mercy from the great God for all our martyrs and condemns the criminals and expresses its hatred.

Some of the effects left by the glorious 21 Azer days of 1324 can be said as follows:
21 Azer is the living history of the national movement of the Azerbaijani nation!
21 Azer is an indictment of those who despise the national existence of the Azerbaijani Turks!
21 Azer will play the highest role in the revival of national consciousness, in putting an end to nationalism, and in achieving national freedom!
