Congratulations of the Azerbaijani National Front on the occasion of Novruz Holiday
Dear compatriots!
There are such important days in the history of nations that are essentially identified with the national spirit of the nation. The nation has transferred its understanding of halal, feelings of honesty and joy to this day. These days, which have been living in the historical memories of the nation for thousands of years, also play a positive role in the formation of national identity. For example, the Independence Day of a nation is one of such important days.
One of these days, which is one of the symbols of the common Turkish history and culture, is Novruz Holiday. Along with the renewal of nature, people’s relationships should also be renewed and unpleasant events from the old year should not be carried over to the new year. They should remain buried in the old year. For this reason, many folk sayings, dances, and games have been created in the Turkic world, especially in Azerbaijan, in connection with Novruz Holiday. All these traditions
are rooted in the very ancient history of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijan National Front, aware of the importance of the Novruz holiday in the history of Azerbaijan, shares the joy of our nation on this dear day. We sincerely congratulate our nation on this dear day and wish that the new year will be good and successful for our nation. We share our holiday greetings with a folk poem written about Novruz:
It has snowed, I will sing
From Baku to Tabriz
