Address to Respected Azerbaijanis Living Abroad I, as the ambassador of the Sun Party, which is seriously active in South Azerbaijan, and on the basis of meeting and taking an interest in the Azerbaijanis who are working for the protection of the national rights of the South Azerbaijani people in Europe, and feeling proud of their day and night work, express my deep gratitude and appreciation for welcoming me respectfully and learning about my goals.
Since I have achieved very positive results from the agreements I have made with my esteemed compatriots on this trip, and having been exposed to the thoughts of new and heavy responsibilities, I present the proposals derived from them to you, my esteemed compatriots, as an unwavering step towards a way out of the difficult situation of the South today, and I am sure that you will agree with the following proposals I have put forward, provided that you accept me as the right representative of the South.
The South asks you for urgent and consistent material assistance as a great alternative and a solid support in the positive outcome of its unwavering national movement. In order to achieve this wish, we call on all our compatriots to unite and learn from the serious efforts of other deprived nations in this field.
In order to raise the just desires of the South, which are stifled in the world, there is a vital need for television and radio media that are prominent and audible, serious and visible. For now, “Motherland” considers it very necessary to open other channels, demanding to strengthen television broadcasts.
In order to convey the cries of the South, which has been subjected to intolerable insults, to the United Nations and to the bodies protecting human rights, we call on the Azerbaijanis of the world to be guided by the problems of South Azerbaijan, and we believe that only for this purpose we are sure that all our desires will come true, and we believe that it is appropriate for the purpose.
The Sun Party, wishing that the activities carried out in the world related to the South will be more purposeful and convincing, calls on those who are flying in the name of Azerbaijan through uncivilized propaganda campaigns and emotional fantasies that are far from the real problems and desires of the South to think deeply about the serious and difficult problems of the South. The Sun Party, with deep respect for the beliefs of all sound-minded organizations and associations living abroad, presents the Azerbaijani national front as a fully responsible, southern tool that creates a connection between the South and the outside world.
