On January 27 of this year, as a result of a terrorist attack against the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran, Lieutenant General Oktay Asgarov lost his life and two embassy security officers were injured.
We express our condolences to the family of Lieutenant General Orkhan Asgarov, who was martyred as a result of this treacherous attack, and to the people of Azerbaijan, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
Thus, we strongly condemn this terrorist act and call on international political and public organizations not to remain silent about the Iranian Islamic regime’s destabilization of the region!
